Technical Support LeadThe most common issue we see? People trying to run everything over shared Wi-Fi in busy households. It leads to dropped connections during important sessions.
If you can, use an ethernet cable for stability. Otherwise, make sure you're closest to the router during scheduled sessions. We run technical checks before programs start in August 2025, so you'll know if adjustments are needed.
